This is a linguistic inmersion experience in Spanish! We discover the Saint James Way´s history and culture while we walk it and connect with its people. It is a unique experience to learn Spanish, enjoy nature, have real intereactions with locals, try the gastronomy, find out about Spanish traditions, disconnect from your daily routine and much more!
You only have to bring your backpack and the energy to walk this fantastic route while practicing Spanish and discovering the culture around it. We will arrange the rest for you: accommodation, meals, Spanish lessons…
We will make of every single moment an opportunity to practice Spanish: through interactive activities, a student’s dossier for each Spanish level and tons of surprises along the way.
Depending on the route, we will walk 100 km in total to reach Santiago de Compostela and reach Compostela. We do two stages of the Primitive Way and then we take the French Way to do three stages. For the Portuguese Way, we will walk six days.
It is an affordable path for any age and physical condition. Every day we will walk an average of 5 hours, in silence, because we will stop at the most interesting places to eat and carry out different linguistic and cultural activities.
We will practice Spanish throughout the day based on different proposals and, in the afternoon, upon arrival at our destination, we will have a 1.5 hour class session in a charming place.
